History

Established in 1978.

Mary and Allyce are licensed Realtors, with a combined 49 years in the business. The team lists properties for sale, prospects for qualified buyers, and have an aggressive marketing plan for getting homes sold.

Mary and Allyce are knowledgeable in technology and trends. In addition, they design a custom website for each of their listings while having a state of the art follow up system to track activity and comments.

I don't know where to begin. Well I do, the end result is the house sold in 6 days. Friends say it was the time or the market, but it was really the team of Mary and Allyce. Mary sold my late parents' condo in Torrance. She knows the area very well We don't live in Torrance so it was a long distance transaction She kept us informed at every step and found reliable people to clean and do minor repairs. She even helped us clean out the condo . We had multiple offers after one open house. I was very pleased with the whole process. She went above and beyond to sell the condo.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mary and Allyce. My parents and I contacted them in the fall to find out out pricing our home for a relocation sale. They came out and gave us recommendations about what to spend money on and what not to for prepping for sale. They were extremely practical and talked us out of spending thousands on repairs that were not necessary (and they were so right!)

We decided to list our home and a rental property with them and both sold within days of listing. The rental was in Inglewood and I was skeptical that they had enough experience with the market for a quick sale - I was wrong! That would be enough for me to write a 5 star review for them, but what happened throughout our transaction really demonstrated what it means to go above and beyond.

During escrow, my mom fell ill. What we thought was a routine illness was in fact extremely aggressive cancer. Mary and Allyce were on it for both properties at the same time and even worked with our mortgage broker, buyer's agent, buyer's escrow and attorney for our new house to make things on our purchase as smooth as possible. They stayed in constant contact, but were never pushy.

Once we found out that my mom's illness was terminal, Mary came to the hospital to notarize power of attorney papers. The team took a genuine interest in how our family was holding up.

And when my mom passed away just days before escrow closed on the new house, Mary and Allyce hopped into action, again helping to coordinate the purchase for a property they were not getting compensation for!

Moving is stressful enough. Moving right before Christmas is next level stressful. Moving just before Christmas and having one of the title holders on the purchase pass away...well, let's just say it's not recommended. Amazingly, there was just a few days of delay and it's due to the fantastic team we had working for us, including Mary and Allyce.

This review might be TMI, but frankly, it's rare to see such commitment to clients and under such extraordinary circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Mary and Allyce for real estate in the South Bay.
